JME Supplying Cooler Low Energy Grate Plate which is designed to improve clinker cooling efficiency while reducing operational energy demand. Each air distribution plate is equipped with a Mechanical Flow Regulator that maintains a constant airflow through the clinker bed.

Grate Protection Plate

GRATE PROTECTION PLATE has been developed JME in a single investment casting without any joints & welding. This G P Plate is made from special alloyed, abrasion-resistant materials to withstand clinker impact and sliding. This special metallurgy designed to endure extreme temperature fluctuations in the cooler environment which enhances the life almost double times of ordinary conventional G P plates (Fabricated G P Plates).

C – Profile 1200 & C – Profile 600

JME supplied C-Profiles 1200mm & 600mm manufactured with special high wear resistance plate which is placed front side of the C- Profile which will provide the enhanced life of the product. JME’s precise engineering, these components are designed to perform under the most demanding cement plant conditions.

JME Supplied this Grate Plate 300HT to major cement plants in India, which is made up of special Alloyed Cast Steel (to with stand high heat and wear resistant). Precisionengineered air slots and step geometry to maximize cooling efficiency. This Grate Plates are especially designed to, improves clinker bed fluidization, minimizing snowman and red river formations.
